At St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church, music is an integral part of worship. Our congregation believes that music has the power to inspire and uplift our spirits as we come together to worship and commune with each other. Therefore, we provide a variety of musical opportunities for our members to participate in.
One of our most prominent musical offerings is our choir, which rehearses every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. from September through Pentecost. Whether you have years of singing experience or are just starting out, all singers are welcome to join our choir. Choral music is a unique form of expression that can enhance and enrich our understanding of scripture and worship, and our choir is a vital aspect of our community.
In addition to our choir, we also welcome instrumentalists to participate in our worship services. We believe that music is most powerful when it's a collaborative effort, and we're always looking for new voices to join us. If you have an interest in playing an instrument or singing in our choir, please contact Travis Evans, our Minister of Music.
